Product Manager, GS China (Industrial Sensing)

Location: Shanghai, China; regular visits to end-users, distributors, OEM accounts, and industry events are required.

What you will do

• Own the full product lifecycle for pressure, level, flow, temperature, and vacuum measurement instrumentation, from idea generation and localization through commercial launch.
• Coordinate local sales, R&D, operations, supply chain, and global product-management teams during product development and local production implementation.
• Conduct Voice of Customer research through site visits and translate customer pain points into engineering specifications and value propositions.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, sales enablement, product training, customer communication, and channel readiness.
• Support business planning, forecasting, market-share expansion, revenue growth, and product profitability optimization.
• Lead launch planning, adoption tracking, KPI definition, and cross-functional execution across target industrial and high-tech verticals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, instrumentation engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Application Engineering, or Business Development within industrial automation, instrumentation, sensors, process control, or related industries.
• Solid knowledge of pressure, level, flow, temperature control, or other industrial sensing and measurement technologies.
• Strong technical aptitude, hands-on problem-solving skills, business acumen, and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to translate customer insights and market trends into actionable product strategies.
• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer support, business development, and industry events.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.
