Technical Product Manager (AdTech Platform)

Location: Remote from Lviv, Lviv Oblast, Ukraine

Build and evolve scalable AdTech platform products for complex digital advertising ecosystems, including campaign management, audience targeting, optimization, and measurement solutions.

What you will do

• Own and drive the roadmap for assigned AdTech platform domains.
• Identify product opportunities and define platform capabilities aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Translate business and operational needs into functional and technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans.
• Lead product discovery, feature definition, prioritization, and cross-functional initiatives with engineering, architecture, data, delivery, and business teams.
• Define, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics.
• Evaluate platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and growth while communicating product vision and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead.
• Mandatory hands-on experience within the AdTech ecosystem and a strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and AdTech business models.
• Experience with advertising products such as campaign management, audience targeting, optimization, or measurement solutions.
• Strong technical background, including the ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, scalability, and platform design with engineering teams.
• Proven experience working with software development teams on complex technical products and creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience defining, tracking, and interpreting product KPIs, with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive initiatives from discovery through delivery and identify industry trends that can become product opportunities.
• Strong ownership, accountability, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level required.
