Product Manager - Consumer Experience (Product Catalog)

Location: Hybrid work in Poznań or Warszawa, Poland, with a 4/1 model and 30 days of occasional remote work.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the technology-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines for the Product Catalog.
• Lead a development team delivering standardized product data, including improved naming consistency and imagery.
• Build alignment around the product vision and the Enhanced Category Experience goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog against strategic objectives.
• Coordinate communication across teams and collaborate with Engineering and UX Design on prioritization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to lead or follow toward shared objectives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders up to Executive level and build trusted relationships.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to establish this culture within a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and complex product backlogs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technology roadmaps and vice versa.
• English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
