Site Manager

Location: Australia, Gold Coast; onsite construction project

Salary: AUD 220,000–250,000 per annum

hirify.global is recruiting for a site management role supporting the delivery of a major high-rise residential construction project.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, project management and key stakeholders.
• Maintain WHS standards, conduct toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Manage project programs, schedules and key milestones.
• Monitor quality assurance and ensure works meet required standards.
• Maintain accurate site records and provide regular project reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing 10-storey high-rise residential projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of relevant building codes, standards and regulations.
• Current White Card and driver's licence.
• Trade qualification and/or Construction Management qualification.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
