Software Developer (Agentic AI)

Location: 100% remote; current work authorization for Canada is required

Base salary: CAD 101,000–118,000 annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Implement and integrate approved Agentic AI solutions with enterprise applications, systems, services, and data sources.
• Configure and maintain Python automation scripts and integration components, including retrieval workflows using enterprise documents and structured data.
• Support data integration workflows involving Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, and approved enterprise data sources.
• Deploy Agentic AI workloads through existing CI/CD pipelines, containers, AWS, and Snowflake deployment patterns.
• Maintain logging, metrics, dashboards, alerts, deployment documentation, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations, prompts, tools, data retrieval, Snowflake workloads, Informatica Cloud workflows, pipelines, and supporting cloud services in collaboration with Data Engineering, Security, Architecture, Cloud, and Ops teams.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, DevOps, or a related technical role.
• Good Python development skills and experience building scripts, automation solutions, or integration components.
• Basic knowledge of Agentic AI concepts, including prompting, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, tool calling, and structured outputs.
• Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Docker or Podman, and SQL.
• Experience integrating REST services, backend systems, or enterprise applications.
• Understanding of data integration, ETL or ELT concepts, and structured data.
• Working experience with AWS services and cloud-based application environments.
• Basic understanding of production support, including logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting, along with good problem-solving, documentation, communication, and learning skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, and core AWS services.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, MCP, observability and evaluation tools, and production tracing.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Snowflake AI and data capabilities and Informatica Cloud integration workflows.
