Senior Services Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in the United States

Salary: $83,500–$119,050 base pay annually, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Lead multiple hirify.global Pro Suite customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, roadblocks, scope changes, negotiations, and escalations.
• Set customer expectations and communicate project progress regularly.
• Facilitate meetings with customers and internal teams, holding stakeholders accountable for commitments.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time deployments and a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Experience managing projects with cross-functional or virtual teams.
• Experience working with complex customer implementations.

Nice to have

• SaaS implementation experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer consulting, decision-making, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customer executives.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Experience managing project risks, negotiations, and escalations.
