Senior Finance Analyst, Operations

Location: Hybrid in Devens, Massachusetts, United States. Occasional travel, required nights, weekends, or on-call work may be needed.

Salary: USD 134,000–205,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own monthly and quarterly forecasting for Facilities, EHS, and Supply Chain operations.
• Build annual budgets, track actuals, investigate variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop business cases for investments, partnerships, and strategic initiatives using financial modeling.
• Translate financial results, site data, supplier data, and process information into operational actions.
• Advise Operations leaders and budget owners on resource allocation, efficiency, and investment risk.
• Improve data governance, reporting, and automation while supporting executive presentations and operational improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or operations/supply chain finance.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel experience, including business cases and investment analyses using NPV, IRR, and payback.
• Ability to communicate with operational stakeholders and translate site, supplier, and process data into financial impact.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and preparing clear, concise reporting packages.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with incomplete information in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be able to type, stand, or sit for extended periods; work occasionally at night, on weekends, or on call; and work in a facility with industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead, high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics.

• Hands-on experience with ERP and planning or automation tools such as Oracle EPM, Anaplan, or Tableau.
