Product Development Project Manager (Manufacturing)

hirify.global is partnering with a global foam cleaning equipment company that designs and builds chemical management and application equipment, including foam, fog, spray, and gel cleaning solutions.

What you will do

• Manage multiple product development projects from approval through launch.
• Build and maintain master project trackers with timelines, owners, milestones, and due dates.
• Coordinate task ownership and progress across marketing, product development, sales, and operations.
• Lead project status meetings, document decisions and action items, and report pipeline status to leadership.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate schedule issues with recommended solutions, and monitor project progress.
• Document and improve product development processes, track cycle times, and verify launch readiness checklists before release.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in product development or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Product development or manufacturing project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
