Junior Project Delivery Manager

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, United States; travel for client meetings and trainings as needed.

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact across internal value-add functions and coordinate internal and external/vendor resources.
• Onboard low- to medium-complexity delivery projects and lead regular discussions with clients and study teams.
• Review project plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions; provide recurring status reporting and escalate appropriately.
• Identify client needs, develop solutions, apply implementation best practices, and drive projects toward completion.
• Support clients after launch, maintain project documentation, and foster ongoing client relationships.
• Troubleshoot and correct pre- and postproduction issues and participate in developing client-requested features and functionality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Relevant project management experience and/or training.
• Project management experience with strong organizational and time-management skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Analytical, creative problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a Project Management Information System (PMIS).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrate a general understanding of GP products.
