What you will do

• Lead end-to-end consulting for enterprise shippers through complex transport RFPs, RFIs, and tender implementations.
• Analyze customer shipment and rate data using platform analytics and scenario-modeling tools.
• Deliver user training and consultative support to drive SaaS platform adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and international teams to improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on logistics or transportation industry experience, ideally supporting carrier or shipper operations.
• Experience with RFP processes, transportation bid management, and data-driven analytical problem solving.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exceptional customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex priorities autonomously in a remote setup.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of practical experience in logistics tender management or transport purchasing.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese in addition to English.
