Senior Product Manager, Signals & Data Products (AI)

Estimated annual salary for Bay Area-based hires: $179,000–$224,000. Compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Drive the strategy for Signals, hirify.global’s web intelligence feed, and define the direction of its data products.
• Determine the value of signals using freshness, provenance, trust, and real-world usage data from hirify.global’s network.
• Build data products for AI labs and visibility tools that help site owners understand and shape how AI models find, use, and cite their content.
• Explore knowledge graphs and measurement of how sites appear in AI answers.
• Deliver product specifications, prototypes, positioning, and high-impact launches.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Research, GTM, Partnerships, and BD, and represent the product with users, customers, AI labs, and developers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a technical product manager.
• Experience shipping data, search, ranking, or machine learning products.
• Deep data fluency, including data quality, coverage, bias, and pipelines.
• Ability to build, move quickly, and demonstrate solutions through shipped work and prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity.
• Team-oriented approach focused on reaching the right outcome rather than being right individually.

Nice to have

• Experience building or selling data products or APIs, including licensing, pricing, and enterprise contracts.
