React Developer

Location: Remote; U.S. work authorization required through U.S. citizenship, Green Card, EAD, or H-1B transfer eligibility. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise application components using React and the approved project stack.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable code, APIs, interfaces, and user-facing features.
• Integrate applications with databases, external services, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, performance improvements, and release readiness.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams through delivery and production support.

Requirements

• Typically 4+ years of experience in a related professional role, with the exact threshold matching the approved requisition.
• Practical experience with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, hooks, state management, HTML, CSS, responsive design, REST or GraphQL, and front-end testing.
• Professional experience building or supporting production software with the relevant core technologies.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, software design, data structures, and maintainable code.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data stores, and appropriate testing practices.
• Working knowledge of Git or another source-control system and structured development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in the role-specific React and front-end technology stack.
• Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the technology area.
