Senior React Developer

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply. New H-1B visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Salary: $115,000–$165,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise application components using React and the approved project technology stack.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable code, APIs, interfaces, and user-facing features.
• Integrate applications with databases, external services, and enterprise systems through APIs and appropriate standards.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, debugging, performance improvements, release readiness, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, and operations teams throughout delivery and production support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a related professional role, subject to the approved requisition threshold.
• Practical experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, hooks, state management, HTML, CSS, responsive design, REST/GraphQL, and front-end testing.
• Professional experience building or supporting production software with the core technologies relevant to the role.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, software design, data structures, and maintainable code.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, data stores, and appropriate testing practices.
• Working knowledge of Git or another source-control system and structured development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot defects and communicate technical findings clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.

Nice to have

• Additional hands-on depth in the stated React, TypeScript/JavaScript, frontend, integration, and testing technologies.
• Experience mentoring peers, reviewing technical work, and guiding delivery decisions.
• Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable.
• Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area.
