Global Corporate Controller

Location: United States. Remote work is supported; employees near a hirify.global office may work on a hybrid basis as agreed with their manager.

hirify.global provides consulting solutions across regulatory sciences, clinical research, quality and compliance, pharmacovigilance, medical information, and R&D technology for biotech, medical device, and pharmaceutical organizations.

What you will do

• Prepare global monthly financial consolidations and consolidated financial statements.
• Collaborate with FP&A on Board and lender reporting packages and support the annual budget process.
• Serve as the primary contact for external audits, including purchase accounting related to M&A activities.
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and consolidation-system mappings across companies.
• Partner with Treasury on weekly rolling cash forecasts and analyze actual versus budgeted revenue and expenses.
• Lead, schedule, evaluate, motivate, train, and develop accounting staff while assigning and directing work.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in Accounting and Finance, including at least 10 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP principles, financial reporting requirements, and internal control standards.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data and providing actionable insights.
• Experience with financial management software and ERP systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a team, with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
