Data Analyst and Digitalization Intern (Power BI)

What you will do

• Support the digitalization of Quality Operations processes and transition manual Excel-based reporting to automated, scalable solutions.
• Consolidate, cleanse, validate, and harmonize data from SAP, Power BI, SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, Excel, and other business systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for Quality KPIs, including release lead time, pending quality stock, non-quality events, inspection performance, and service-level compliance.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and workflow optimization.
• Create data models and reporting structures that support operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply Chain teams, document processes and digital solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and data handling.
• Good knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
• Experience with SharePoint Lists and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, good communication skills, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of databases, automation tools, or data analysis.
