Senior Specialist - Production Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Develop data-driven algorithms and scalable industrial software for production optimization.
• Integrate real-time field sensor data, dynamic reservoir data, physics-based models, and advanced analytics.
• Conduct studies on stimulation, production, well design, testing, reservoir flow properties, and fluid behavior.
• Optimize well delivery, artificial lift, inflow assurance, completion performance, sand control, well reliability, and production systems.
• Prepare well intervention programs and coordinate workover activities, including testing, stimulation, coil tubing, and e-line operations.
• Improve workflows, automate processes, centralize operational data, reduce costs, support digital oilfield deployments, and contribute to tenders, business development, and audits.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of experience in petroleum production optimization or related activities, including at least 5 years in a specialist production optimization role.
• Strong production optimization experience focused on subsurface activities at well and field levels.
• Broad petroleum engineering expertise covering drilling, completion, stimulation, well testing, workover and ringless activities, artificial lift, well performance diagnostics, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Experience with artificial lift, especially gas lift and ESP systems.
• Deep understanding of the complete production system, including reservoirs, wells, networks, and plants.
• Knowledge of PVT Sim, Multiflash, Prosper, Pipe Sim, OLGA, and industry-standard enterprise solutions for data management and visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
