Pre-Sales Engineer (UAE, Dubai)

What you will do

• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars for customers and employees.
• Present product roadmaps and new features to distributors, dealers, and installers.
• Train distributor and dealer technical staff on products and technologies.
• Provide technical consultations, support key clients, and recommend product solutions based on customer needs.
• Research competitors, test product features, and prepare technical documentation for new products and solutions.
• Support the sales team with lead follow-up, analyze customer needs, and develop long-term partner relationships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, or home automation.
• Excellent working knowledge of intrusion systems, IP CCTV, and access control systems.
• Experience installing or designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Availability to travel for business.
