Manager, International HR Operations

Location: Hybrid role based in London, United Kingdom, or Raanana, Israel; 2 days in the office and 3 days remote each week.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end HR operations, lifecycle administration, and service delivery across EMEA and APAC.
• Partner with regional HR leadership on HR operations, workforce analytics, and team support.
• Ensure multi-country regulatory compliance, govern high-risk HR activities, and maintain operational controls.
• Coordinate with HR shared services, HRBPs, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition to improve handoffs and reduce manual bottlenecks.
• Standardize processes, remove redundant workflows, and maintain current SOPs.
• Support restructurings, organizational changes, strategic initiatives, HR technology transformation readiness, and the development of a distributed international team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in international HR Operations, Global HR Shared Services, or People Operations leadership within multinational organizations across EMEA and APAC.
• At least 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing geographically distributed teams.
• Working knowledge of employment laws, statutory requirements, and labor regulations across EMEA and APAC, plus global hire-to-retire workflows.
• Proficiency with major HR enterprise platforms such as Oracle, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Strong experience using workforce analytics and metrics to drive operational decisions.
• Proven success in process improvement, organizational restructuring, and large-scale operational transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
