Marketing Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Repurpose reports, podcast episodes, and articles into social posts, emails, web pages, and sales assets.
• Own the company social calendar and support executives and the wider team with posting.
• Handle website and SEO housekeeping, including on-page fixes, metadata, internal linking, blog uploads, and audits.
• Build event and campaign materials such as invitations, stand copy, follow-ups, and post-event content.
• Support video and podcast production with clips, captions, show notes, and distribution.
• Build paid campaigns with the demand generation lead, including social ad variants, audiences, HubSpot landing pages, forms, emails, lists, and tracking.

Requirements

• Have built something independently, such as a social account, YouTube series, newsletter, or side project.
• Be able to interpret a brief and improve it rather than follow it literally or rewrite it from scratch.
• Be comfortable learning and using new tools, including AI.
• Care about the intended audience and seek to understand who will engage with the work.
• No marketing degree or prior marketing experience is required; demonstrated work matters more than formal background.
