hirify.global content marketing helps audiences discover television, radio, iPlayer, and Sounds content across digital, social, and traditional channels.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns with a hirify.global team.
• Contribute to content that helps audiences engage with hirify.global programming.
• Analyse campaign performance data and help improve future campaigns.
• Support campaign scheduling and tracking.
• Learn marketing tools, techniques, strategies, channel planning, creative formats, legal compliance, audience research, competitor review, and measurement.
• Complete at least one study day per week toward the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship.

Requirements

• Must be aged 18 or over by the apprenticeship start in September 2027.
• Must have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship starts and be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for the entire apprenticeship.
• Must not be enrolled in another apprenticeship.
• Must not already hold a Marketing qualification at the same or higher level, including a Marketing degree or a Marketing qualification at Level 3 or above.
• The scheme is aimed at non-graduates.
• For candidates under 19 at the start: maths and English GCSE Grade 4/C or above, National 5 at C, Functional Skills Level 2, or an equivalent qualification is required; missing qualifications must be completed before the end-point assessment.
• Motivation, curiosity about hirify.global content, creativity, collaboration, organisation, adaptability, and willingness to learn are required.
