Performance Based Services Project Manager (TPM/Lean Manufacturing)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; customer-site work with 50%–70% travel across the Asia/Africa region.

What you will do

• Lead performance-based TPM services projects at customer priority sites and production lines toward defined performance goals.
• Coordinate with customer local and plant management teams and align project plans and activities.
• Coach hirify.global field service engineers, engineering teams, and project managers on TPM methods, tools, and project execution.
• Use hirify.global’s EVO-On digital suite to track, analyze, and diagnose performance issues through remote connectivity.
• Drive line-efficiency and OEE improvements, especially reducing unplanned stops.
• Develop customer team capabilities, maintenance routines, standard work documentation, and maintenance planning; promote performance-based services across the region and support services sales.

Requirements

• Background in engineering, maintenance, or production.
• Practical knowledge and experience with TPM methods and tools.
• Experience in a production environment as a production or maintenance manager or supervisor.
• Rigorous and disciplined approach to project management with strong goal orientation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to organize and motivate others.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Availability to travel 50%–70% of the time required.

Nice to have

• TPM or Lean belt certification.
