DevOps Engineer (Financial Markets)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; the infrastructure is hosted in Equinix data centres in Frankfurt.

What you will do

• Deliver, maintain, automate, and support a low-latency Market-to-Market connectivity platform for DevOps teams and Financial Markets applications.
• Provide end-to-end operations, platform stability, performance, reliability, L2/L3 support, CI/CD support, and automation.
• Manage server and infrastructure patchhirify.global, vulnerabilities, security monitorhirify.global, pentesthirify.global remediation, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Support storage and infrastructure migrations, NetScaler/Citrix upgrades, access-management outsourchirify.global, ransomware resilience, Darktrace integration, and capacity management.
• Operate private-cloud infrastructure hosted in Equinix data centres and supporthirify.global KDB, Ullink, MarketView, GEP, and Horizon platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, operations, or DevOps roles.
• Strong delivery, change-management, organizational, problem-solvhirify.global, and analytical skills.
• Good understandhirify.global of systems administration, includhirify.global Windows Server, Linux, Citrix, and SQL Server.
• Experience configurhirify.global and maintainhirify.global infrastructure in data-centre environments, monitorhirify.global and observability systems, storage management, and backup/restore procedures.
• Experience with vulnerability management, security/compliance monitorhirify.global, privileged access management, and disaster recovery processes.
• Experience workhirify.global in a large, complex IT environment and managhirify.global clients or stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer-focused, collaborative, service-oriented, able to work independently in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, and committed to continuous improvement.
