Senior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and configuration management.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, service availability, troubleshooting, and infrastructure performance.
• Integrate access control, secrets management, vulnerability remediation, and other security practices into delivery workflows.
• Investigate complex issues, document operational and recovery procedures, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure automation, including ownership of production environments.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills, with understanding of networking, DNS, TLS, and load balancing.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Terraform and familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows, monitoring, and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, or cloud-native equivalents.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs, work independently, take responsibility from implementation through operation, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good written and spoken English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux and application packaging with Helm.
• Exposure to cloud migrations, disaster recovery, and highly available architectures.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automated security checks.
• Relevant cloud or Kubernetes certifications.
