Client Servicing Team Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and manage a client servicing team supporting JUMP ULF insurance clients.
• Allocate work, monitor delivery quality, provide training, and manage team knowledge.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and biannual performance reviews while supporting learning, career growth, and succession planning.
• Define and track quantitative and qualitative metrics including NPS, CSAT, CEM, SLA delivery, retention, employee engagement, gross margin, churn, automation improvements, and attrition.
• Lead SteerCos and client relationship reviews, acting as an escalation point for client issues.
• Improve client offerings and operational tooling with product management and development teams, support sales efforts, build scalable processes, and transition newly onboarded clients into steady-state servicing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of directly applicable experience, such as market finance, insurance, or front-back office operations.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in a people manager role.
• Experience delivering measurable weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Experience working in the market finance or FinTech industry.
• Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences, including small and large groups.
• Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables, and VBA, plus strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail, documentation, organization, interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance and/or investment management market concepts.
