Mission Success Engineer (M/F) (Space Operations)

What you will do

• Manage technical relationships with clients after hardware delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
• Answer technical client requests independently concerning product use and performance.
• Coordinate internal experts and client stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Understand and document technical issues and solutions for internal and external use.
• Set up client feedback loops and processes to support continuous product improvement and satisfaction.
• Evaluate fleet performance and track agreed performance metrics with clients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electronics engineering, or a similar field.
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role or as a systems engineer.
• Strong fundamentals in satellite and propulsion system integration, inner workings, and practical use cases.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical language to higher-level audiences.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Nice to have

• French at A2 level or higher.
