Senior C# / .NET Developer (Front Office Liquidity, Treasury & Risk Systems)

What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance back-end calculation engines using modern C# .NET.
• Develop asynchronous, message-driven microservices with Rebus, messaging queues, and Windows Services for distributed processing.
• Build and tune MS SQL Server database objects, complex queries, and Dapper-based data access layers.
• Implement real-time communication feeds and RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Web API and SignalR.
• Implement calculation logic for at least two areas including liquidity risk and treasury, cash forecasting, balance-sheet and capital metrics, XVA and pricing adjustments, risks and Greeks, financial products, or pre-trade analytics.
• Deliver maintainable code, participate in Git-based CI/CD pipelines, and use LLMs or agentic AI tools such as Copilot and Claude to support testing, refactoring, and delivery.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience developing C# .NET solutions in demanding, performance-sensitive banking environments.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design patterns, asynchronous programming, and multithreading.
• Strong back-end experience with event-driven services, messaging systems, and Windows Services.
• Strong MS SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning and schema design, plus experience with Dapper or other lightweight ORMs.
• Practical familiarity with enterprise DevOps pipelines and AI developer tools such as Copilot or Claude.
• Hands-on individual contributor mindset with a commitment to daily coding.
• Ability to implement financial calculation logic in at least two of the specified business areas.

• Front-end web development experience with React, Redux, TypeScript, and HTML.
