What you will do

• Create management presentations, structure information, and turn analytical findings into clear visual materials.
• Research market trends, target industries, customer needs, and competitors to identify relevant insights.
• Support the Industrial Solutions portfolio and develop concepts for industrial energy supply.
• Analyse data, compare digital tools, and structure requirements for products, software, and processes.
• Prepare, conduct, and evaluate workshops, customer interviews, and expert interviews.
• Track actions and outcomes while developing processes, documentation, and the shared knowledge base.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable course.
• Enjoy researching and analysing information and turning it into clear insights.
• Can present complex information in a structured, visually engaging way; good PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
• Interest in business development, new business models, and renewable energy; prior technical knowledge is not required.
• Work accurately, independently, and reliably, and contribute own ideas.
• Good command of German and English required.
