Build Your Own Internship (AI) – m/f/d (min. 6 Months)

What you will do

• Own a real AI project from prototype to a solution used by the team or customers.
• Work with Product, Engineering, or GTM, depending on the project.
• Ship, measure, iterate, present progress, and make decisions based on real feedback.

Requirements

• Availability for a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
• 100% on-site availability in Berlin.
• Work permit for Germany.
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship working AI projects, even if rough.
• Impact-oriented thinking, high agency, continuous experimentation with new models and tools, and clear professional English communication.
• Kindness and care for the people around you.

Hiring process

• Submit a Loom video of something built with AI; it must be no longer than 5 minutes and show the problem, live demo, implementation, failures, learnings, and next steps.
• Paste the Loom link into the “Your Build” field. A LinkedIn profile is sufficient; a CV is optional.
• Basic chatbots, simple prompt wrappers, inbox-summary agents, and linear three-step workflows are not suitable submissions.
