Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid, with four days per week in the Munich office

hirify.global builds an AI-powered Procurement Intelligence Platform connecting engineering and manufacturing, used by more than 300 industrial companies and backed by Sequoia and Index.

What you will do

• Identify high-value problems with buyers and procurement leads, focusing on issues that affect costs and revenue.
• Decide what is worth building and validate risky assumptions early through prototypes.
• Build prototypes with AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and ship solutions to production.
• Own problems end to end, from customer or business insight through measurable commercial outcomes.
• Work with a team of 1–3 Builders on quarterly product bets.
• Speak with procurement teams through calls and plant visits to understand how they buy.

Requirements

• Experience building something that people used and owning the outcome, whether as a founder, in a fast-growing product team, or through a launched side project.
• Commercial sense, product taste, and strong agency.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, Codex, or agents, including having built something real with them that would not otherwise exist.
• Strong technical intuition and the ability to reason about data and systems without becoming focused on code details.
• Fluent German and comfort communicating with industrial customers.
• Motivation to work in a demanding, high-expectation environment with direct feedback.
• Early-career candidates with a steep learning curve are welcome.

Hiring process

• On-site day including a one-hour case with three Builders and Pool Leads, followed by a 30-minute team meeting.
