Fast-Track Builder Program (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid with in-office work four days a week

hirify.global builds an AI-powered Procurement Intelligence Platform connecting digital systems with the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement.

What you will do

• Take new product bets from idea to first paying users while working directly with the founders.
• Build prototypes, landing pages, AI agents, and outreach to validate or disprove ideas quickly.
• Speak with customers and suppliers to deeply understand their problems.
• Identify compounding growth loops and scale what works.

Requirements

• Experience building something from zero as a founder, early startup employee, or through a side project.
• Desire to found a company in the future and demonstrate potential that the company would back.
• Ability to build and ship with AI tools; an engineering background is not required.
• Extreme ownership and low ego.
• Fluent German is required.

Hiring process

• 20-minute introductory conversation.
• 45-minute hiring manager interview.
• On-site day including a one-hour case with three Builders and Pool Leads, followed by a 30-minute team meeting.
