Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a product or substantial area within Interfolio’s Faculty Information System.
• Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with customer needs and business strategy.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer value, commercial potential, delivery effort, and technical constraints.
• Build evidence-backed business cases and contribute to investment, pricing, and packaging decisions.
• Lead customer discovery with faculty, researchers, institutional users, design, research, and engineering partners.
• Coordinate go-to-market planning and launch activities with marketing, sales, customer success, support, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Substantial product management experience owning a product or significant area within a complex product.
• Experience taking products or capabilities from discovery through launch and ongoing improvement.
• Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to translate insights into product strategy and delivery decisions.
• Practical experience with SDD or an equivalent agentic product development approach.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI and AI assistants in product work, with examples of improved quality, speed, or learning.
• Sound judgment about when to use AI, how to evaluate outputs, and when human review is essential.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Technical fluency in SaaS products, APIs, integrations, data, and architectural trade-offs.
