Location: Hybrid in Culver City, California, United States

Annual salary: $113,000–$168,000 USD for candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA. Additional equity, bonuses, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Own the corporate close and reporting cadence while consolidating company-wide financials across hirify.global’s game portfolio.
• Develop and launch process improvement and AI-native automation initiatives to reduce repetitive manual work.
• Partner with the CFO and finance leadership to prepare reporting, evaluate the company’s trajectory, surface risks, and shape mitigation plans.
• Model returns on competing company-wide initiatives with cross-functional partners to inform investment decisions.
• Partner across the company to evaluate returns and support growth of hirify.global-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or another strong analytical role, including experience with month-end close, consolidation, and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop scalable financial processes and introduce automation that reduces repetitive manual work.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to build models sizing the financial impact of company-wide initiatives.
• Experience partnering with senior cross-functional stakeholders, building consensus, and influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, concise narratives and recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, or BigQuery.
• Genuine interest in games, consumer products, or technology-driven businesses.
