What you will do

• Lead the Industrial and BI Engineering team in converting manufacturing data into insights and business decisions.
• Develop, maintain, validate, and improve industrial models, analytical tools, data structures, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions.
• Lead enterprise-level Kaizen and continuous improvement projects targeting cycle time, cost, capacity utilization, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Use SQL, Python, business intelligence tools, statistical analysis, optimization, simulation, and data mining to analyze complex manufacturing data.
• Lead cross-functional analytical projects from problem definition through implementation and communicate recommendations to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, and Finance stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to junior team members and evaluate emerging analytics, optimization, automation, AI, and manufacturing technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of experience; alternatively, a Master’s or Doctoral degree with any amount of experience.
• Relevant engineering experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with business intelligence and analysis tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Fluency in mathematical computing with at least one programming language such as Python, R, or Java, with the ability to learn technical methods independently.
• Fluency in data visualization and presentation, including simplifying statistical concepts into actionable insights.
• Hands-on experience building, running, and analyzing simulations; designing analytical models; and applying statistical analysis and optimization techniques.
• Experience applying analytical methods and data-driven decision-making to improve manufacturing performance and business outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex operational and business challenges using data analytics.
