Digital Content Producer (Short-Form Video)

What you will do

• Create, host, edit, and publish short-form video and graphics for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop visual treatments and mobile-first social graphics, research topics, and plan shots to maximize engagement.
• Manage production from concept through delivery, including shoots, schedules, talent and interviewee coordination, technical setup, and content calendars.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Social & Content Strategy and internal teams to turn briefs into engaging, shareable content.
• Track content performance, follow trends and new tools including AI creative tools, and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements

• 2+ years of content production experience, including short-form video, graphic design, and social content.
• Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and AI creative tools.
• Ability to design and produce visually engaging content across platforms, with excellent storytelling skills and a strong sense of what resonates on social.
• Comfortable appearing on camera as a host or interviewer.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and an effective communicator and collaborator.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of video production fundamentals, including lighting, storyboarding, and composition.
• A collaborative, positive attitude and sense of humor.
