Project Controller (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days on location in Columbus, Ohio. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $82,200–$123,200 annually, plus an 8% annual bonus.

hirify.global is a large fully regulated U.S. utility company serving customers across six states, with this role supporting its Enterprise Security organization and the protection of people, assets, data, and critical infrastructure.

What you will do

• Support project delivery, financial performance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Communicate project information to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, diagrams, and user stories.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, systems architecture, integration points, and the business impact of IT risks and issues.
• Monitor project and IT service performance, quality, value, metrics, and KPIs.
• Review contractual obligations and service-level agreements with service providers and business partners.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities, troubleshoot issues, resolve conflicts, and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Foundational understanding of contracts.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, such as Project Controller, Financial Analyst, or Project Cost Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience using tools and techniques for requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and management.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.
