What you will do

• Administer Engine Endpoint Central and SCCM/MECM for application packaging, software deployment, patching, endpoint management, and compliance reporting.
• Remediate ACAS vulnerabilities and implement quarterly workstation STIGs using Group Policy, Endpoint Central, and PowerShell in coordination with the Information Assurance team.
• Support ATO activities with configuration documentation, remediation status, compliance reports, and security evidence.
• Create and maintain workstation images, deploy operating systems and applications, and manage provisioning, upgrades, configuration changes, and device retirement.
• Maintain PowerShell automation, workstation baselines, configuration records, inventories, licensing data, and change packages.
• Support the Customer Support Team with Endpoint Central, SCCM/MECM, Recast Right Click Tools, BeyondTrust, and Dell Command tools.

Requirements

• Secret clearance required and must be held at the start of employment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience supporting Windows workstations, including application packaging, software deployment, patch management, operating system imaging, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with an enterprise endpoint management platform, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience reviewing vulnerability findings, applying remediation, implementing STIGs, and validating compliance.
• Experience in a DoD/W environment, ATO support, and configuration change control.
• Required skills include Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting and automation, Microsoft Print Server Management, BeyondTrust, Dell Command Suite, STIG implementation, and ACAS vulnerability remediation.
• Security+ certification must be obtained within 6 months of start.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Windows Server and print management.
• ACAS/Nessus scanning and remediation, STIG Manager, STIG Viewer, and workstation STIG compliance validation.
• Active Directory and Group Policy administration, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, and SCCM/MECM.
• PowerShell automation, application packaging, software deployment, patch management, compliance reporting, workstation imaging, and operating system deployment.
• BitLocker configuration and management, configuration baseline management, and change control.
