Propulsion AIT Engineer (M/F)

What you will do

• Investigate system-level performance issues, define corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Design, plan, and execute propulsion, vibration, and operational test campaigns for components and fully integrated systems.
• Develop and maintain test documentation covering procedures, results, traceability, and lessons learned.
• Analyze test data, prepare technical reports, and lead test-readiness and post-test reviews.
• Support production and engineering teams during assembly, commissioning, operation, and optimization of system components and test facilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience assembling, integrating, and testing complex mechanical and/or mechatronic systems.
• Practical experience with electronic equipment, preferably in a laboratory environment, including hardware troubleshooting and debugging.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Methodical approach, exceptional attention to detail, and commitment to quality in execution and documentation.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical information and communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with aerospace qualification and environmental testing standards, including thermal vacuum, vibration, and shock testing.
