Postdoctoral Research Associate (Occupational Health and Safety)

What you will do

• Conduct research in occupational health and safety and complete research projects under general supervision.
• Support ongoing grants and projects through data collection, analysis, result summaries, and project coordination.
• Contribute to research papers, articles, publications, proposals, and technical progress reports.
• Track grants and funding and maintain project files, databases, correspondence, and related materials.
• Prepare research presentations and assist with mentoring or supervising student and graduate researchers.

Requirements

• PhD focused on occupational health and safety.
• CITI human subject research training and applicable laboratory safety training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data using standard statistical software.
• Attention to detail, multitasking ability, collaboration, interpersonal skills, professionalism, and problem-solving ability.

Nice to have

• Experience working in health and nature.
• Experience conducting surveys.
• Experience with primary data collection.
