Commercial Producer (Marketing and Creative Services)

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States; in-office position

hirify.global produces broadcast media content, including local news promotions, station image campaigns, and client commercials.

What you will do

• Develop client commercials, promotions, and station image campaigns from concept through completion.
• Facilitate commercial production, including shooting and editing.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and company peers on on-air station image and news-focused promotional content.
• Create animations and edit projects in varying production styles while meeting deadlines.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate status and asset needs, and provide customer service across a large group.
• Work with After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management systems.

Requirements

• Creative scripting, shooting, graphics or animation, and editing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of post-production, including media management and encoding video into multiple formats.
• Broad understanding of marketing and design, with the ability to apply brand visual identities and style guides to daily project creation.
• Required Adobe Creative Suite production skills: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder on a PC platform.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals, color, typography, and composition.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, including flexibility during breaking news situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meet deadlines, and fulfill scheduling commitments in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for communicating project status, expectations, and required assets.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and indoors in environmentally controlled conditions; stand, sit, communicate by phone and email, and conduct face-to-face discussions.
• Ability to lift, set up, and operate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive movements involving tools, controls, and other objects.
