What you will do

• Edit video files and execute graphic layouts from storyboards, meetings, and director-led edit sessions.
• Support brand and product initiatives, campaigns, and sales promotions through produced content.
• Apply best practices at the intersection of AI and video editing, including color correction and sound design.
• Manage project workflows across assigned projects and the broader post-production team.
• Lead presentation meetings, explain creative strategy, identify needs, and provide solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain organized archives of raw footage and layered working files for editors and department heads.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-production experience preferred.
• Video reel required, with clear indication of editing roles and responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere, video compression, and Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of on-set video production workflows and online/offline editing.
• Strong understanding of color correction fundamentals.
• Good communication skills, initiative, self-motivation, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, relationship skills, and the ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as a team player and support a positive, trusting creative-team environment.

Nice to have

• Degree in film or a focus on video editing preferred.
• After Effects experience is a plus but not mandatory.
