Product Manager

Location: Office-based in Columbus, OH, with other locations in Detroit, MI; Pittsburgh, PA; Charlotte, NC; Hagerstown, MD; and Dallas, TX

Salary: $93,000–$189,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic direction for a product group or geographic region in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Formulate and implement marketing and communications programs promoting products and services and supporting bank officers.
• Set priorities for product development and modifications, pricing, and product positioning.
• Maintain relationships with clients, sales professionals, marketing teams, product managers, and other bank personnel.
• Manage product group or regional profitability and quality standards.
• Potentially manage marketing, sales, product development, administrative, and technical staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Experience and strong understanding of consumer lending, overdraft income management, or credit risk.
• Analytical ability in data mining, data manipulation, and forecasting, with financial management experience and the ability to translate data into strategic plans.
• Ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine courses of action, and execute effectively.
• Project planning and management experience, including managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candid and concise communication skills and excellent executive-level presentation skills.
• Passion and aptitude for driving results and innovation.
