Material Planner - Imaging (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed production schedules based on master scheduling requirements, material availability, capacity, and customer demand.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules for supply, inventory, quality, operational, maintenance, and customer-order changes.
• Create material plans, coordinate semi-finished materials and purchase-order or contract deliveries, and support efficient manufacturing flow.
• Identify and help resolve supply/demand imbalances, inventory constraints, quality disruptions, and excess or non-productive inventory.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, Material Planning, Customer Service, Maintenance, Sourcing, and suppliers.
• Maintain ERP planning data, master data, scheduling parameters, process orders, and data integrity while supporting continuous improvement and supplier-service analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Strong planning, scheduling, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing production requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP and/or OMP, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• APICS CPIM certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with production scheduling, material requirements planning, inventory management, or manufacturing planning systems.
