Production Planner

Location: On-site in Red Wing, Minnesota, United States. Travel may include up to 5% domestic or international travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized.

Expected compensation: $84,595–$103,394, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Create production and purchasing schedules to meet service targets.
• Use supply chain tools and processes to make data-driven decisions improving service, cost, and inventory.
• Identify and lead cross-functional projects that drive improvements across the business.
• Analyze capacity, requirements, customers, forecasts, inventory, and lead times.
• Publish and present metrics and results, including aged backlog, OTIF, and NWI.
• Work with business and operations stakeholders to align planning with requirements and maintain inventory targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Provide education and work history by uploading a resume or entering the information directly in the application.
• Follow corporate policies, procedures, security standards, safety policies, and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• Two years of combined experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, and/or manufacturing in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• ASCM (APICS) certification.
• Experience with SAP or QAD.
• Advanced Microsoft Suite experience, especially Excel.
