Digital Product Owner (Medtech)

What you will do

• Own and communicate the product vision for a key laboratory digital product, aligning it with laboratory goals and regulatory requirements.
• Define and continuously refine the product roadmap and prioritize an outcome-driven backlog based on value, risk, and dependencies.
• Write and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria and validation requirements.
• Accept delivered work and ensure quality, compliance, data integrity, and value realization.
• Act as the primary interface between laboratory stakeholders and development IT teams, managing expectations and trade-offs.
• Use data and feedback to guide product decisions and improvements.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Laboratory IT Product Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working and laboratory delivery.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort making decisions and setting clear priorities in a regulated environment.
• English is required for the interview.

Nice to have

• Experience with LIMS, ELN, or enterprise platforms such as ERP or CRM in a laboratory context.
• Experience working under GLP, GMP, or similar conditions.
• Familiarity with data-driven product development and KPIs relevant to laboratory operations.
