IT Product/Service Management Engineer (PDM .NET)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of PDM .NET tools CMS and SNT supporting engineering configuration and documentation processes.
• Act as project manager and service owner, proposing digital plans, managing budgets, and contributing to operational plans and forecasts.
• Lead PDM harmonization, improvement, and system evolution initiatives across Military Aircraft Programs.
• Gather requirements, model business processes, develop business cases, and maintain alignment with divisional information systems.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and change management for new tool deployments.
• Troubleshoot systems, implement enhancements, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with security, export control, and personal data regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of consolidated experience in IT product management, system engineering, or a related domain.
• Solid programming and technical background in .NET and web application ecosystems.
• Experience designing, developing, and troubleshooting Business Process Management solutions.
• Advanced to negotiation-level English proficiency.
• Leadership and assertiveness to drive technical decisions and manage subcontractor relationships.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under strict timescales in an integrated, multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile project methodologies such as SCRUM.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
