Senior Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; other location: Hong Kong. Onsite.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for individual and institutional account identity, preferences, and end-to-end account lifecycle management.
• Productize standard, third-party, and QR-code login, plus OKX Wallet–exchange account connections and OAuth authorization.
• Design and evolve account hierarchies and permission systems for diverse business models.
• Partner with institutional, compliance, and risk teams to translate growth targets and regional requirements into account infrastructure capabilities.
• Drive adoption of institutional features such as RBAC and Custody, standardizing customized client requirements.
• Analyze complaints and support tickets, remove user friction, and drive AI transformation and AI-agent adoption in the User Center.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning account, permission, compliance, complex B2B, or B2B/B2C hybrid platform products.
• Strong systems-architecture mindset and ability to translate business requirements into product solutions independently.
• Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Strong business judgment and data sensitivity for product decisions and prioritization.
• Strong cross-team and cross-region collaboration and communication skills with internal teams, institutional clients, and regional compliance stakeholders.
• Skilled at working with AI.
• Fluent Chinese and English required as working languages.

Nice to have

• Cryptocurrency industry experience.
• Experience leading account-system architecture evolution or platform re-architecture from 0 to 1.
• Hands-on experience applying AI agents or AI productivity tools in product workflows.
