Product Manager, Internal Tools (Fintech)

What you will do

• Understand internal workflows, pain points, and product needs across Operations, Fraud, Compliance, Risk, and other teams.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Build and improve internal dashboards, workflow tools, case management tools, and operational controls.
• Support fraud and compliance capabilities including fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, screening, and investigation tools.
• Work with Engineering from problem definition through launch and ongoing improvement across products and markets.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and use data and user feedback to prioritize improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify operational processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Ability to translate user and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Detail-oriented approach and comfort working with workflows, rules, and operational processes.
• Comfort using data and user feedback to support product decisions.
• Interest in fintech, payments, fraud, compliance, or financial services.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal tools, payments, KYC/KYB, fraud, transaction monitoring, or screening.
