Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) - Spanish Speaking

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 days per week in the Munich office. Candidates must be based in Munich or ready to move there.

hirify.global develops the Environmental Intelligence System, which connects transactional, bill-of-materials, and unstructured data and applies AI to emissions analysis, data quality, and reduction recommendations for automotive, defense, and industrial companies.

What you will do

• Support enterprise deals technically from initial data discussions through contract signing.
• Lead end-to-end implementations by connecting enterprise systems, building data models, and configuring the Environmental Intelligence System.
• Translate results into C-level language and present findings in Spanish and English.
• Travel to regional customers for workshops, onsite work, and executive reviews.
• Help define deployment practices for a new market and feed customer insights back into product and engineering.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a comparable quantitative field, with a strong academic record.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with experience structuring complex data models.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment such as a scale-up, top consulting firm, or software-company FDE team.
• Comfort building something from zero and taking ownership of outcomes rather than tasks.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Based in Munich or ready to move there, with 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP or PLM systems.
• Experience with enterprise customers in Spain or Latin America.
