Product Designer / UX-UI Designer

Location: Remote initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule in Irvine, California

Salary: $105,000–$135,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and qualifications

hirify.global is hiring for a rapidly growing digital product organization developing branded digital products and native mobile experiences.

What you will do

• Design high-fidelity native mobile screens, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Create complete interaction states, including loading, empty, success, error, validation, disabled, and edge-case scenarios.
• Maintain shared component libraries, design systems, reusable UI patterns, and asset libraries across multiple branded products.
• Prepare developer-ready specifications, documentation, and handoff assets; collaborate with engineers on implementation details and design fidelity.
• Conduct design QA reviews, support usability testing, and improve user journeys and workflow efficiency.
• Contribute to redesigning a flagship mobile application and developing personalized and AI-enhanced user experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI Design, or UX/UI Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing polished digital product experiences, with demonstrated native mobile application design experience.
• Advanced Figma proficiency, including Auto Layout, components, variants, design libraries, and interactive prototyping.
• Strong visual design fundamentals covering typography, hierarchy, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping.
• Experience working within established design systems.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Applications must include a portfolio showcasing product design work.

• Mobile-first product design, subscription-based products, or customer journey experience.
• Telecom, communications, fintech, e-commerce, or digital consumer product experience.
• Multi-brand, white-label, or platform-based product ecosystem experience.
• Design system ownership or significant contribution experience.
• AI-powered product experience or conversational interface design.
• Experience improving Figma libraries, component structures, and scalable design workflows.
• Accessibility knowledge and experience supporting developer handoff and implementation reviews.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Jira, Linear, UX research, analytics, prototyping, or usability testing tools.
