Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote-first, with optional office spaces in New York City and San Francisco.

Salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered agentic development environment and cloud orchestration platform for developers and engineering teams.

What you will do

• Design and prototype product experiences in Figma with engineering, product, and growth teams.
• Iterate on features to improve ergonomics, cognitive load, workflow friction, design consistency, and comprehension.
• Craft new product features from initial concept through UX design and pixel-perfect execution.
• Contribute to and help manage hirify.global’s design system, ensuring implementations meet specifications.
• Use hirify.global to ship UI fixes, refinements, and modifications to production.
• Test designs with internal users and the developer community while driving product decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on AI, ML, DevTools, Data, or other technical products.
• Enjoy iterating on and perfecting detailed workflows.
• Understand developers’ needs and how to improve their relationship with development tools.
• Build effective working relationships with non-designers to execute a shared product vision.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with engineers on a technical product.
• Experience contributing to or managing design systems.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with developer experience.
• Basic coding experience or experience using a terminal.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience designing AI tools.
